"Affordable Solution with (nearly) all you could ever want all under one roof."
What do you like best about Defendify Cybersecurity Platform?
We have been using Defendify for almost a year now. We picked Defendify, because they packaged all of the features we were looking for under one umbrella. We were not interested in purchasing a feature from one vendor, then purchasing from another. Defendify has the tools you need, and you can purchase the tools that you want, and even go back later and add more features. Jeff, our salesman was low pressure and always a great help. We have greatly improved our Security and have the peace of mind to know that we have protections in place. And we have witnessed those protections in action. We use all of the current features except for Ethical Hacking and love them all. This is a great package when your company does not have the budget for a full time Security Team (who will still need to purchase the tools offered here to do their job).What do you dislike about Defendify Cybersecurity Platform?
Defendify uses reporting tools to provide you with your data, so there are no live views (however, there are only a few instances where a live view or our data would have been desired) , the upside to this, is that you are not buried in data, but yet have action items when we get the reports.What problems is Defendify Cybersecurity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
Defendify is helping us keep our data and systems secure.

"The Defendify platform has made managing my cybersecurity stack for clients easier."
What do you like best about Defendify Cybersecurity Platform?
The branded reports are wonderful. The awareness training videos and phishing simulations are super easy for clients to understand and use.What do you dislike about Defendify Cybersecurity Platform?
I would like a future option to use our company logo instead of the Defendify logo. Maybe have our logo with "powered by Defendify" underneath.Recommendations to others considering Defendify Cybersecurity Platform:
Consider Defendify as a great starting place to discuss cybersecurity with your clients. The Cybersecurity Health Checkup is an easy "in" for the discussion starter.What problems is Defendify Cybersecurity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

"An MSPs Systems Engineer's Opinion on Defendify"
What do you like best about Defendify Cybersecurity Platform?
The simplicity and clarity of the platform features and design. The platform's UI is incredibly intuitive and well organized. I have never really felt like I needed to be "trained" but have instead been able to click around and find where I need to be. The platform truly lives up to being designed for companies who need security, but have no security team. II also like the overall looks of the reports and the information they provide. The reports are organized and incredibly clear. On top of that, remediation information on the Vulnerability Reports thoroughly covers what needs to be done to remediate each vulnerability, allowing me to resolve the issue with less research.What do you dislike about Defendify Cybersecurity Platform?
I dislike that I need to send a request to generate ad-hoc reports or start an ad-hoc scan. I would like to see that bit of power brought to the end-users (admins). I would also like to see separate reports for internal and external scans. I feel this could provide even more clarity to the platform and it's reports. While the reports are already clear, the internal reports can get very large, and being able to pull just the external issues would be very helpful to my, and I am sure others, workflows.Recommendations to others considering Defendify Cybersecurity Platform:
I recommend using the product in the house as well. This will provide value to your company by increasing security knowledge in-house, but it will also improve sales, as your company will also understand how the product looks and works.What problems is Defendify Cybersecurity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of unrealized and undocumented configurations on firewalls. We have discovered devices open to the world that were not supposed to be, we have discovered expired certificates we were not aware existed. And this is just the vulnerability scanner! The training portion has alleviated repetitive discussions with the end-users by providing training for us. We have discovered breaches from the password scanner that we would have never otherwise detected. We have also been able to refresh security plans and documents with clients who never felt comfortable writing them! Save this Review
