The real-time alerts are quick and the app is very easy to navigate.
Sometime the alerts are not sorted by relevance or sourced checked (e.g. new media vs. a tweet)
I use Dataminr daily to track issues that may arise around a Premiere or Music Event/Screening and that could endanger our employees and attendees, as well as crew members and journalists reporting from dangerous places. I also use it to track COVID-19 Developments and changes in various countries to inform updates on whether our employees can go back to working in the office.
I enjoy finding out about events that could impact me at work or in my personal life.
I feel that the things I dislike have nothing to do with Dataminr, more with the people that are posting stuff.

I really like the map features and the possibility to see alerts in real-time when they pop on the map, as well as the possibility to receive alerts via email/pop-up for those times when you can't keep looking at the screen on Dataminr.I also really like the support that our point of contact provides, he responds really quickly and is always helpful!
The platform is well built and user-friendly. The only thing I would like to see implemented is an "expiration date" to custom lists. Additionally, sometimes a lot of noise comes through, especially in countries like Iraq/Turkey where a lot of things happen at once, so perhaps it would be useful to have more levels and not only ALERT, URGENT, FLASH.
