"An appropriate tool for management!"
What do you like best about ActivTrak?
The best feature of ActivTrak is the tracking ability of the Activity Log. Activity logs are really helpful in determining what an agent was doing at a specific moment at a given time. It helps me prepare reports as well as get me better idea of how the productivity of an agent is going and if there are any trends worth noticing. It is an understandable feature I guess, but I would have liked it better if the screen view feature under team pulse could actually refresh at a much faster rate than 6 secs. A regular feed option would be much better. It is what I would prefer but I understand that the company has its own reason. We are using ActivTrak to monitor the agent's activities throughout the day and calculate their productivity. Also, we are focusing on any trends that might flag out in the system. It gives a real-time perspective of how the agents are performing and if they are focused on their work or not. This tool helps the agents as well to increase their productivity.

"Great Customer service"
What do you like best about ActivTrak?
Very helpful and dedicated staff determined to resolve the issue and explain the way software operates. The depth of the data provided is extremely helpful as well as ability to customize different settings for different users within the team.What do you dislike about ActivTrak?
I wished there were certain features or rather parts of data available in certain formats which would have made our use case more user-friendly, but we found a way around this regardlessRecommendations to others considering ActivTrak:
Make sure to set up settings as you need them before you start using it. If unsure read all support articles or seek help because once the system is launched, you cannot amend historic data about your team's activity.What problems is ActivTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see how staff spend their time during the day and whether there are activities that take up too much of their time. Thanks to ActivTrak's advanced activity tracking features we were able to determine unclaimed overtime for our valued staff members who worked extra hours over long periods of time. Save this Review

"It's got my team competing :-)"
What do you like best about ActivTrak?
It's allowed us to work remotely without worry, and we can now expand the team without the usual geographic restrictions. We love the ability to decide which apps are work-related, and then the tracking is done automatically. Our team can track their time but are also aware that with screenshots every few minutes, they need to make sure they're doing the right thing, not just hovering on apps.What do you dislike about ActivTrak?
It is sometimes a struggle to access the screenshot and then to make sense of them...it would be great to get some sort of video play through so we could quickly assess them if required (I never look at them)Recommendations to others considering ActivTrak:
